In the course of ordering on-line with Clyde Marine Uniforms and using certain web site features, we will ask you to submit relevant details via an on-line registration form. You may also be asked for additional details during the ordering process to allow us to complete your orders.

During the registration and ordering processes you may be asked for some or all of the following information: First Name, Surname, Address, Postcode, Country, Telephone, Fax, E-Mail, Username, Password. The information we request will be the minimum amount required for us to successfully complete your order. You may also need to give us details of any alternate delivery or invoice addresses which differ from your usual company address. Space is provided for these extra details during registration and as part of the ordering procedure.

We will also ask if you wish to receive relevant news and promotions via e-mail and which areas of the Clyde Marine Uniforms range are of interest. This will enable us to give a personalised version of the site and to better provide information that you may find relevant. This information is collected on an 'Opt In' basis to ensure that you only receive the news, promotions and emails that you ask for. The only exceptions to this are e-mail's that will be generated during the transactional process i.e. order confirmations, delivery information etc.

We will not transfer your personal data to countries outwith the European Economic Area (“EEA”) without your prior consent. If we do transfer your personal data outwith the EEA, we will use reasonable endeavours to assess the adequacy of the protections afforded in respect of personal data under the laws of the particular country concerned..
